I’m writing this to you at 8:19 am…
I’m usually trying to catch a few extra zzzzzzs at this time.
I bet you can relate!
But, guess what?
I’ve already worked out, had a bath etc.
Now I’m drinking coffee and writing this email…
All before 9am!
This is a big accomplishment for me and you can do it too (it ain’t that hard tbh).
Some people (crazy people) get up and start their day at 6am…
I’m not cut out for that life fam. But, I can see why they do it…
Thing is:
When you get up early like this and get some tasks done – your productivity is boosted like never before!
I know this because yesterday I got a BUNCH of work done.
I created a new Rnb Trap drum kit…
I made a beat…
I mixed, mastered and uploaded a beat…
I planned a buttload of content to create for you this year…
And more…
Here’s the secret:
All you gotta do is go bed earlier!
Yep.
That’s it.
I try to go to sleep from 10 pm to 11pm…
And, here’s the crazy thing:
When I go bed earlier, my body naturally wants to wake up earlier too!
In fact, my “wake up” time is 8 am… but today I got up at around 6:30!
Then I spent way too long looking into a message I got from HMRC….
Start your year off right and go bed earlier!
You’ll thank me later…
Anyways:
Today I’m gonna be mixing and mastering a whole load of beats…
My goal is to get 100 beats uploaded to my catalogue by the end of the month…
Then I’ll focus on making songs.
Click here to check out my beats and see how I’m doing so far:
Tell me which beat is your favourite and I might have a special gift for you ;)…
All the best,
Jay “Early Bird” Cartere
P.S.
Tomorrow, I’m gonna be re-organising my public discord server.
I’m gonna turn it into a place for artists and producers…
You’ll be able to talk about music with other creators…
You’ll share tips, collaborate and make better music.
I’m super excited about this because I desperately want to be in a discord server like this myself!
I can’t wait to talk to more music lovers like you and me.
Here’s the link to the discord in case you want to join early (use the “fan” role in the meantime):
