The SIMPLE fat loss blueprint
Everyone loses fat when they do this:
1. Eat more protein
Protein is satiating
Meaning – eating more protein makes you less hungry
Less hunger means eating less calories
Eating less calories = fat loss
More protein, less of this:
2. Eat less processed food
Processed foods are high in calories, fats and carbs
Eating processed food keeps you hungry
Real foods are low in calories – so you can eat way more and still lose fat
Nobody gets fat eating steak and apples
Stop hating cardio with this:
3. Walk 6k – 10k steps per day
Walking’s easy to recover from and burns a good amount of calories
10k steps is around 500 cals burned
Best part about walking is:
You can burn calories while:
- Working
- watching TV
- playing video games
Avoid being skinny fat with this:
4. Lift heavy weights with a good workout program
Losing weight without lifting makes you skinny fat
You need to build muscle to get the body you dream about
Heavy weights are weights that challenge you
