Trying to be productive when you have chronic pain can be a big hassle…

It was for me at least.

And, it still is…

But, the thing is:

I feel re-energized and super motivated right now.

I feel like I can attack my goals with ruthless aggression…

And, I feel more productive than I ever have been (while injured).

So, how did I do that, you ask?

Well, it’s simple really…

But, it’s a bit of a strange method.

And, it’s definitely not for everyone…

Before I tried this method:

I found myself becoming depressed because I wasn’t working as hard as I wanted to be…

I wasn’t able to pursue my goals with the burning fire I usually have in my heart…

I was FORCED to take it easy, to be less productive, due to my back pain.

Now things are a little different:

I’m excited to wake up in the morning again!

In fact, I’ve found myself waking up hours before my alarm for the past 2 days…gagging to get to WORK!

I’ve had time to audit what I’m doing and what I WANT to be doing everyday…

The pain hasn’t gone but, I feel like I’m managing it much better and being more productive than I thought I ever could be right now…

And, best of all:

I don’t feel nearly as guilty as I used to when I take a break and chill out (which is very important, even for workaholics like me).

If you wanna boost your productivity and be EXCITED about your work again, watch the video below where I reveal this strange method that has helped me greatly:

All the best,

Jay “Back To Work” Cartere
