When you sign up for coaching -  you’ll get a questionnaire to fill out.

Your answers to this simple questionnaire helps me understand your goals, circumstances and preferences.

I’ll use the information you've given me to create a custom training program that’s perfect for you. 

This removes all guesswork and uncertainty for you. You can focus on following your training program without wondering if you’re moving in the right direction.

Meal Plan

You get a custom meal plan suited to your preferences.

Your meal plan comes with the exact calorie and macronutrient goals to get you to your dream body.

The meal plan comes with full easy-to-make recipes you can cook at home & a weekly shopping list for added convenience.

Access your plan on your phone where you can upload pictures, measurements + sync with myfitnesspal and fitbit devices.

Daily Support

You get an introductory call to discuss your program and your goals.

Hey, I'm Jay.

I help creatives take their health into their own hands, look amazing naked and build a life they love.

I'm the guy they come to when they wanna go from soft, self-conscious & always-tired to ripped, confident and full of energy. 

No abs in 30 days lies. No unsustainable diets. No unhealthy shortcuts making you hate your life and gain all the weight back.

I help them transform their diet, train effectively and think outside the box so they can lose fat, gain muscle and develop their business from home.

As a creative with a passion for health & fitness, I've transformed my body from lean to average, average to fat and fat to lean.

I've spent 16+ years studying nutrition, training science and human psychology.

I've spent 16+ years messing up, testing, figuring stuff out and learning what works.

This led to me developing effective systems for losing fat, gaining muscle and taking your health into your own hands.

As a kid I was chubby.

As a teenager I got lean by accident.

In my 20s, I started gaining weight.

I didn’t notice it happening.

I had no idea about nutrition - so my diet was trash.

I had no idea about burning calories - so I didn’t do any cardio.

I stopped training for years - so I lost my muscle and wasn’t building any more.

From about 2014 - 2018, my body was fat and mediocre.

Seeing 205.4lbs on the scales after feasting over Christmas made me realize I needed to change.

I tried a 90 day workout program called UFC Fit.

(I was super into UFC at the time)

I fell off after 2 months.

This cycle kept repeating itself.

I injured my upper back - that made me even less motivated.

But, then I got serious.

After a deadly case of heartbreak, I looked up to see someone kicking me while I was down:

My brother bluntly told me I was getting fat - and the harsh truth got to me.

First, I was defensive.

Then, I was angry.

Finally, I was motivated.

Energized by heartbreak and the need to prove my brother wrong - I did something crazy:

I lost 38lbs of fat.

I built 11 lbs of muscle.

I got the body I always dreamed of having.

And, I did it all from home.

While eating pizza and playing xbox.

Now - I’m using my 16+ years experience to help you get your dream body while enjoying your life.

How does your online coaching program Work?

My online coaching service works like this:

  1. You complete a questionnaire that gives me information about you and your situation
  2. We have a introductory coaching call to determine your goals & expectations
  3. I create your custom training program
  4. You track your calories + weight for 2 weeks without any major diet changes then report back to me with the information (this is not included in your 12 week program - these 2 weeks are part of the onboarding process. Your 12 week program starts after these initial 2 weeks of testing)
  5. I create your diet plan that gets you to your dream body in a healthy, sustainable and fast way
  6. We stay in contact via instant messaging and weekly check ins to keep you on track to meeting your goals
  7. We have monthly coaching calls to give you more accountability and keep you on track to getting your dream body

These are the differences between the three packages:

Fitness-Only Package: This package includes an example one-week meal plan and custom calorie + macronutrient targets made for your goals. This is perfect for you if you wanna create your own meal plan to hit your calorie and macronutrient targets.

The Full Package: This package includes a custom meal plan and weekly shopping lists built to make your diet painless and easy-to-follow.

The Buddy System Package: This package contains everything in “The Full Package” with an extra monthly 1-2-1 coaching call with me for extra accountability.

Who is this coaching program for?

My coaching programs are a good fit for you if you wanna live a healthier life and build your dream body. 

I specialise in helping you lose fat and build muscle at the same time - we’re a perfect fit if you wanna stop being fat and start being sexy.

My ideal clients are willing to work hard, take personal responsibility and stay consistent.

What level of accountability will I get?

Your program begins with an introductory call where we’ll discuss the program and your expectations.

When the program starts you’ll have daily instant messaging support - delivered by me personally.

You also get a weekly check-in each Monday where we can exchange written or video messages.

This gives you a high level of accountability and keeps you on track throughout your coaching program.

Is this an international coaching service, I'm not based in the U.K?

Yes - this is an international service. I accept clients from all over the world. 

If you have access to the internet and this webpage - we can work together.

Can you help me with my medical conditions / injuries?

No - go see a doctor.

I’m been living with back pain for 3+ years. if I can’t cure myself - I can’t cure you.

Here’s what I can do for you:

I’ll take your injuries into account when creating your training program. 

I’ll add exercises that you’re comfortable with.

If you have medical conditions that will affect your diet or training - give me the relevant details and I’ll work to accomodate you.

Do I need to have gym access or fitness equipment to work with you?

No. Each program is customised to your available equipment.

 If you’re working out from home - I’ll make recommendations for equipment you should get.

Setting up a basic home gym with a bench, barbell and dumbbells is essential to getting great results.

If you don’t have access to basic equipment - bodyweight exercises and resistance bands are an option.

But - bodyweight exercises are an inferior option with less room for progression.
