My morning routine has been destroyed over the past 2 weeks.
I’ve stopped working out because I don’t want to hurt my back/shoulder even more.
I’ve stopped meditating because sitting in one position for 10 minutes is extremely uncomfortable for me these days…
Instead of a morning routine to keep me productive…
I wake up with morning pain and aches…
And, I spend the rest of the day stretching out my forever tightened muscles.
But, here’s the thing:
I have a hospital appointment in the beginning of September.
Until then, I have to rest and chill out…
Woe is me, right?
Everyday I wake up and choose what I’m gonna do that day…
I’m still making music…
Still creating content…
Still editing videos…
I just have to take it easier for a lil’ while.
For example:
I’m still uploading freshhhh new FIRE beats every week…
