Building ur dream body needs a mix of isolation & compound exercises targeting the right muscles.
Getting this wrong leads to a crappy body & wasted effort.
The 25 exercises I use to build my dream body:
1. Best chest exercises
– Dips
– Dumbbell fly
– Incline bench
– Bench press (classic)
No need to overcomplicate things
Traps next:
2. Best trap exercises
– Shrugs
– Bent over y
– Upright row
– Good morning
Shoulders next:
3. Best shoulder exercises
– Reverse Fly
– Lateral raise
– Lu raise (my current fav)
– Overhead press (2nd fav)
Back next:
4. Best back exercises
– Pull Up
– Deadlift
– Barbell row
– Romanian deadlift
– Back / Front Squat
Biceps next:
5. Biceps:
– Side curl
– Incline curl
– Barbell curl
– Hammer curl
Curls are all you need for huge biceps
Find your favourites – then target the long and short heads in each training session
Triceps next:
6. Triceps:
– Dips
– Skull crusher
Legs next:
7. Legs:
– Deadlift
– Romanian deadlift
– Back / Front Squat
Abs next:
8. Abs:
– Frog kick
– Ab roller
– Hanging leg raise (this is the only ab exercise I’m doing rn)
