I get a lot of people approaching me on social media asking for advice and stuff like that. I’m generally open to answering one simple question if I have time, but I do not want you sending me an essay asking me what you should do with your career unless I express explicit interest and ask you to send over such a thing.
The thing is, some people are 
happy to take time out of my day, but are much less willing to purchase a consulting session (30 mins for £35). This tells me two things about these types of people – 1) You’re selfish and don’t respect the value of my time and 2) You aren’t serious about your career.
If you really want my advice on how to gain more followers and become more engaging on social media, pay the price for my time and I’d be happy to help you out. I’m also going to be writing a few books on how to grow your following on Twitter and Instagram and boost engagement in order to get the knowledge out there and help you guys out.
If you ask me a question that I’ve covered in any of my books I’m going to send you in that direction, and if you’re not willing to purchase a book or buy a consulting session to get the answer, then you don’t deserve my time and I don’t have time for you.
My time isn’t free.
